Drake Fuels Taylor Swift Collaboration Rumors With Throwback Instagram Post
Drake is known for sharing elusive posts on social media that get people talking. In his most recent pic on Monday, the Certified Lover Boy emcee sparked talks of a possible
collaboration with Taylor Swift.
The online chatter began after Drake shared a carousel post on Instagram. Along with selfies and shots of his adorable son, Adonis, Drake added a throwback picture with Swift. “They too soft to understand the meaning of hard work,” he captioned the post.
Swifties quickly hopped online with conspiracy theories of why Drake would've posted the seemingly dated picture. One Twitter user wrote, “remember there were rumors about Drake x Taylor Swift collab during 1989 era? what if that song is in the vault tracks??”

Along with rumors of a possible collab, fans have flooded social media with possible guesses of when Swift would be dropping 1989 (Taylor's Version).
Fans noticed Swift added videos to the 1989 playlist on YouTube.

A potential Drake and Swift mashup isn't a surprise. The duo has a longstanding friendship, with Drake shouting out Swift on Twitter in 2011.
@taylorswift13 I'm so proud of you.

Drake and Swift haven't commented on what the throwback shoutout means or if they're teaming up with new music, unsurprisingly.
