mechanical and objective, suddenly felt more vital than ever—and watchmakers rose to the occasion, delivering an abundance of brilliant new timepieces. But to get a fuller view of the year in watches, a widescope look at all the biggest and best releases 2020 had to offer, we polled our most horologically-obsessed staffers about the tickers they drooled over most over the past 12 months.
