The suit we spotted on Dior’s Fall Winter 2020 2021 runway is a free and super creative interpretation of the classic tuxedo. The double-breasted, deep blue blazer features thin satin lapels and a contrasting red velvet collar. The breast pocket is embellished with a metallic fringed brooch, the sleeves are neatly rolled up to show off the cream chenille long sleeves. The light blue shirt is fastened with a scarf, kept in place with a crystal tie clip, in place of a classic bowtie. The elegant and streamlined pants are crafted from the same fabric, but in a deep brown tone.

Less intricate, but equally elegant, the black ribbed velvet three-piece suit from Dolce & Gabbana is the ideal look for an Italian style celebration at home, always in respect of social distancing. The sartorial, relaxed silhouette stands out for the large pointy lapels and the luxurious glossy surface of the fabric. To add character to this look, teamed with a classic white shirt and black tie, the designers added a matching velvet coppola flat hat, a gold cross pendant and leather lace-up shoes with an accentuated rounded toe.

If you really want to make an entrance, opt for this dreamy Louis Vuitton tuxedo from the Winter 2020 2021  men’s collections. The flamboyant double-breasted jacket, embellished with a double row of flounces applied across the overlapping front flap, the waistline and the cuffs,  will add to your end-of-year festive look an indisputable couture vibe. The jacket is teamed with a white shirt, elegant pants and cowboy-style booties in super glossy black leather.
