New Parents Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom 'Can't Get Enough Of Their Daughter Daisy'
Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are adjusting to new parenthood with ease, a source tells Entertainment Tonight. The couple is only about two weeks into parenting their baby daughter Daisy Dove
Bloom, whose birth was confirmed on August 26. But an insider says the pair is soaking up every moment with their newborn. According to the insider, Perry "has been incredible with her daughter and is obsessed with her," adding, "The couple and their love for one another had grown to a level they didn’t even expect since the arrival of their daughter."
Despite the impact of COVID-19 on the birth of their child and postponement of their 2020 wedding, Bloom and Perry reportedly "can’t get enough of their daughter Daisy." This is the second child for Bloom, who shares nine-year-old son Flynn with his ex-wife Miranda Kerr. "Since giving birth, the couple has been flooded with love and kindness. Their friends have been sending them gifts and words of encouragement non-stop," the insider added to ET. "And due to COVID-19, the couple has FaceTimed with people and showed them Daisy."

Perry announced that she was expecting in the March music video for her single, "Never Worn White." A subsequent track from her new album, Smile, titled "Daisies" hinted at her daughter's moniker. In April, the couple revealed they were welcoming a baby girl with a photo of Bloom's pink frosting-covered face on Instagram.

Since Daisy's arrival, both Perry and Bloom have kept relatively mum on social media. Perry did take the time to thank her fellow American Idol co-worker Ryan Seacrest for gifting their new addition with books, stuffed animals, and toys. "??️ thanks you unc @ryanseacrest," she wrote on her Instagram Story, per People. She also shared a candid postpartum mirror selfie on the day of the day of the VMAs. She credited Medela for her nursing bra, Frida Mom for her underwear, and "Hair n makeup by @exhaustion."
