A couple of weeks after the engagement, a source told Peoplethat Jonas and his family were traveling to India to meet Chopra's family. "Nick has been obsessed with Priyanka since they started dating," the source said. "He obviously thinks she’' beautiful, but he’s also drawn to her intelligence. She has this charisma and energy that draws you to her, and she's fit in so well with his friends and family."

E! ran a report that the Jonas family was traveling to India expressly for an engagement party hosted by Chopra's family.
