Dakota Johnson Had the Best Response to James Corden Asking if Her Red Mini Dress Was Too Short
Dakota Johnson made an appearance on The Late Late Show last night, wearing a red Magda Butrym mini dress so short that Johnson was a little worried as she sat down
in it. James Corden noticed and offered his jacket to Johnson on camera in a slightly awkward exchange. Johnson managed to turn it into a joke at the end though, showcasing her comedic skills.
“Are you good?” Corden asked as she sat down.
“No!” she exclaimed, covering her legs with her hands.
“Are you all right? Are you worried? I think it’s all right. Is it all right? Do you want my jacket?” Corden asked.
“No. I’m okay,” Johnson said. “It’s nothing nobody hasn’t already seen.”
You can watch the moment here. They went straight into the interview after:
Johnson recently did an interview with ELLE UKwhere she spoke about how she feels both old and young now despite being young still at 32. “I feel both 48 and 26,” she said. “I’ve had a lot of life in my life. I had a lot of life really young, so I think I feel older.”
With her personal style, she added, she makes a point to wear clothes publicly that still feel like her. “To go out into the world, do hair and makeup and wear an outfit to look a certain way, it’s super jarring,” she said. “So to wear clothes in which I feel like myself is vital. I feel like Ok this is a version of me.”
