Prince William and Princess Charlotte Were Seen at Her Classmate’s Pizza Birthday Party
Prince William and Kate Middleton have been able to keep their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, mostly out of the limelight so they can have private childhoods.
But the Daily Mailgot rare details about what six-year-old Charlotte’s life is like—and how different things are when she attends a birthday party for a classmate at London’s Il Pagliaccio.
It was a pizza party. While Charlotte spent time there just like the other kids, her arrival was different—and sheds light on what being the daughter of a future king is like.
The outlet reports that William dropped her off at her fellow Thomas Batterseas student’s party. Italian newspaper La Stampa obtained footage of their entrance. The duo came out of one of three SUVs that stopped in front of the venue, with several bodyguards entering the restaurant first. Charlotte and William followed, with Charlotte “confidently” walking through, ahead of her dad, the Daily Mail wrote.
William followed, “carrying a large gift wrapped in pink paper, before returning several hours later to pick her up,” the Daily Mail added.
In May 2021, William shared a little detail about how sassy Charlotte has become as a six-year-old. “She’s six, yeah,” he said during an engagement in West Midlands, via the Daily Mail. “If you ask her, she says she’s 16...Charlotte says, ‘I’m six now, I’ll do what I want.’ It’s like, they grow up really fast.”
