Kim Kardashian Calls Out Kanye West for Pushing for False Narrative That He Can't See Their Kids
Kim Kardashian has made a rare public statement against Kanye West on his own Instagram, asking him to stop pushing the false narrative that he can't see their four children.
West
shared a photo today of Kardashian, West, and alien pins on their eight-year-old daughter North West's backpack. “This was on my daughters back pack when I was ‘allowed’ to see her last week This is why I go so hard for my family I am wired to protect my family at all cost As the priest of my home Don’t worry Northy God is still alive,” he captioned the post.
Kardashian wrote in a since-deleted comment, “Please stop with this narrative, you were just here this morning picking up the kids for school.”
This is Kardashian's second time speaking publicly about West's attacks on her amid their divorce proceedings. It is her first direct remark to West on Instagram.
In early February, she addressed West's treatment of her on her own Instagram Story, expressing her hope that he would be able to keep their family matters private:
Kanye’s constant attacks on me in interviews and on social media is actually more hurtful than any TikTok North might create. As the parent who is the main provider and caregiver for our children, I am doing my best to protect our daughter while also allowing her to express her creativity in the medium that she wishes with adult supervision—because it brings her happiness. Divorce is difficult enough on our children and Kanye’s obsession with trying to control and manipulate our situation so negatively and publicly is only causing further pain for all. From the beginning I have wanted nothing but a healthy and supportive co-parenting relationship because it is what is best for our children and it saddens me that Kanye continues to make it impossible every step of the way.I wish to handle all matters regarding our children privately and hopefully he can finally respond to the third attorney he has had in the last year to resolve any issues amicably.
