There’s a reason Seychelles has always found its way into any global list of romantic destinations, and this beach is further proof of that. One of the island nation’s most famous beaches is Anse Source D’Argent, located on the island of La Digue. #5. Nungwi beach, Tanzania

This is definitely one of the most beautiful beaches of Zanzibar. Formerly a simple fishing village, it has now become a popular holiday destination. The getaway is located on the northern tip of the island against a backdrop of swaying palm trees. Although there is no coral in the waters, the shallow sea still makes this place an ideal place for swimming.

#6. Banana beach, São Tomé and Príncipe

Another one of the most beautiful beaches in Africa, Banana beach is its country’s most famous beach. The luxury destination is undoubtedly perfect for swimming, with white sand curving in a banana shape around turquoise waters — hence its name. Banana beach, the jewel of the region, has no beach resorts and is mostly untouched. The only settlement is a small fishing village 10 minutes away and there are a good number of hotels not too far away from this jewel.

The laid-back fishing village boasts of one of the most beautiful stretches of sand in all of South Africa. The beauty of the beach lies in its white sands, spectacular sunsets, stunning west coast vegetation, charming fishing boats, and friendly residents.
