The new  Louis Vuitton collection designed by da Virgil Abloh has made patchwork the symbol of the brand’s new sartorial style. The suits and the outerwear are built like jigsaws, shirts are deconstructed and freely reassembled.

Childish

Alessandro Michele celebrated his fifth year as Gucci’s creative director with a collection inspired by childhood. The Gucci man for next Fall will be wearing abbreviated garments, featuring childlike motifs and accessories, like the cutout shoes paired with short socks.

Patterns

Head-to-toe patterns are all the rage at Prada. Art Deco, optical, or 3D, we’ve seen them all, on printed silk pajamas worn underneath a coat and accessorized with leather lace-ups.

Knits take center stage at  Dolce&Gabbana  with a collection dedicated to craftsmanship. The designers sent down the catwalk head-to-toe knitted looks crafted from textured, multicolored yarns, resulting in comfy, modern silhouettes ideal to wear off duty.

The garments from Fendi’s menswear Fall collection features zips and detachable sections that modify their silhouette and functionality/intended use. Coats turn into jackets, blazers transform into bolero jackets.

The 2020 Salvatore Ferragamo man wears Bermuda shorts also in Fall, teamed with same-length jackets and laceless high boots. The resulting ensemble is incredibly chic.
