Per Entertainment Tonight, things are going really well.
"Her friends also think he's great for her. Everyone around them approves of their relationship," a source said. "Things have gotten serious fast, but there have been no red flags. They’re both totally invested, committed and very happy."
The pair were first rumored to be together back in November; TMZ spotted them arriving in Harvey's hometown, Atlanta, before Thanksgiving. In January, a source confirmed to People that "they spent all the major holidays together in November and December. Lori seems very happy."
Harvey's stepfather is talk-show host Steve Harvey, who, in an episode of his iHeart Radio show The Steve Harvey Morning Show on Friday, weighed in on his daughter's new boyfriend.
I like this one," he said. "I still got my eye on him. I mean I like him, but like I say to all of 'em, 'I might like you, I might approve of you, but I got a thumb-size section of my heart filled with nothing but pure hatred for your ass. Just in case I need it.'"
Lori's mother, Marjorie, married Harvey in 2007, and he adopted her.
"My parents did a good job of keeping us out of the spotlight and letting us have a normal childhood so we could be kids and not live life under a microscope," the model told Vogue. "They let us decide if we wanted to be in the industry."
