Fans Think Taylor Swift Hid a Very Telling Easter Egg on Her Fearless Cover
Taylor Swift has given her fans a whole new set of reasons to get excited lately. This week, she announced that she would be re-releasing a new recording of her 2009
hit, "Love Story" at midnight on February 12. Since then, Swifties have been doing what they do best: Detective work.
After Swift revealed the new recording of "Love Story," she added that she'd finished 26 new songs, as well as six bonus, never-before-released songs. In her Instagram post, she dropped the new cover of Fearless, in which she is wearing the Romeo shirt from the 2009 music video. Fans caught on right away.
"SHE’S WEARING THE ROMEO’S SHIRT. SHE NO LONGER NEEDS A KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOUR, SHE’S HER OWN KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOUR," one fan wrote.

Fans have a reason to look for Easter eggs, clues, and hints in everything Tay posts. In her note announcing the re-release of Fearless, she capitalized specific letters to reveal that the new album is coming out on April 6.
Fans are probably looking at Swift's social media for upcoming Easter Eggs. We've got less than two months until the new Fearless album, and Queen Tay did say she was going to release six more new songs.
Swift is re-recording her music after music executive Scooter Braun took over Big Machine, her original record label, in 2019. She described the situation as "my worst case scenario."
