If you’re a K-pop fan or just happen to be binge-watching K-Drama Record of Youth on Netflix, you’ve probably dreamed of visiting a Korean celebrity salon, where professionals create the impactful stage and red-carpet looks for top stars. The service can be expensive but many say the experience and results are worth the price.
Jenny house is arguably the most famous K-celeb salon in Korea. Who exactly is JIY? After debuting in 1991 with a song titled Rebecca, JIY’s career fizzled out in the following years until the 51-year-old Korean-American singer-songwriter made a comeback on the popular show Two Yoo Project – Sugar Man. Named after the Oscar-winning documentary Searching for Sugar Man, the Korean TV program is dedicated to rediscovering one-hit wonders. JIY was praised for his avant-garde American hip-hop music style during the 90s, which, according to fans, resembles G-Dragon’s music.

To prevent scalp allergy, dandruff, hair loss, oily hair and split ends, the products also contain the following:
Five types of proteins, 23 types of amino acids and dexpanol to improve hair elasticity
Salicylic acid to control sebum production
Niacinamide to prevent hair loss
Wrapping each hair strand with vegetable water, botanical oils and nutrients, the slightly acidic formulas use only EWG-verified eco-friendly ingredients, which means the products are free from sulfates, silicone, parabens, mineral oil and artificial pigments.
