YesStyle’s Skin Care Bestsellers 2020

Many things have become luxuries since the coronavirus outbreak, from traveling and dining out to meeting and celebrating special occasions with loved ones. Luckily, we can rely on the little things in life, such as a trusty cleanser or a favorite sheet mask for comfort and relaxation.

Here are the bestselling skin care items at YesStyle in 2020 based on total sales from December 16, 2019, to December 15, 2020. Results are compared to last year’s bestsellers. The asterisk indicates newcomers on the list.

Oil Cleanser

BANILA CO’s Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Original topped the list once again. iUNIK’s and PURITO’s cleansing oils took 2nd and 3rd place, pushing THE FACE SHOP’s and Haba Labo’s cleansers down two spots. I’m from’s Fig Cleansing Balm is the only new entry.

Again, the list remains similar to 2019’s bestsellers, with COSRX’s Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser still the long-standing favorite, followed by SOME BY MI’s green tea bubble cleanser. iUNIK’s and PURITO’s centella-infused cleansers squeezed into the top ten in the 8th and 10th positions, respectively.

Pyunkang Yul’s Peeling Gel climbed from 5th to 2nd place, while Cure’s Natural Aqua Gel dropped from 4th to 9th. MIZON, Benton and Beauty of Joseon entered the top ten this year with the brands’ respective scrub and peeling gel product.

The top five toners of 2020 are the same as 2019, with only slight changes in positions. lsntree’s green tea toner, SIORIS’s citrus face mist and Rohto Mentholatum’s hyaluronic-acid-rich Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium Lotion 2020 Edition also joined the top ten, replacing Benton’s and Secret Key’s aloe toners.

COSRX’s Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence finally beat out SOME BY MI’s 30 Days Miracle Serum to top this category. PURITO’s Centella Unscented Serum, launched in November last year, surpassed its scented counterpart to take 2nd place. Also noteworthy is iUNIK scoring three entries in this year’s top ten bestsellers.

iUNIK’s Centella Calming Gel Cream topped the list again, but Rohto Mentholatum’s Haba Labo Gokyjyun Premium Lotion and MIZON’s All In One Snail Repair Cream slipped from 2nd and 3rd to 4th and 5th places, respectively. SOME BY MI’s 30 Days Miracle Cream, which came in 4th last year, rose to 2nd, and newcomer PURITO Deep Sea Pure Water Cream entered the list at 3rd place.

Last year, this list featured four eye creams, four hydrogel patches, an eye stick and an eye mask. This year, eye creams have become slightly more popular than other forms of eye care, as there are six eye creams in the top ten.
