5 Mega-Chic (and Affordable) Outfit Ideas I'm Copying for Fall

Tell me about how you styled this outfit.
When I styled this look, I wanted to go for something that felt like a seamless transition from summer to fall. I love

how effortless a summer dress looks with a pair of sneakers, and the details on this dress, like the neckline, side slit, and shoulder ruching, were too good to pass up. So putting the two together was a no-brainer. Plus, I love the quality of each piece. There's nothing worse than feeling uncomfortable in your clothing, so I love that everything feels sturdy and great against my skin. The pieces are also super versatile, so I'll be getting so much wear out of them by styling them in different ways. Win-win!

What is one fall piece you can't live without?
A jacket. As the weather changes, layering becomes increasingly important. So whether it's a biker jacket, shacket, or trench coat, I always try to walk with a jacket to make sure I'm comfortable no matter where I'm going.

Which fall trend are you most excited about?
This fall, we're going to be seeing a lot of vibrant colors, which really excites me. As a native New Yorker, I've always felt like there is this unspoken rule that black and neutrals become the staple shades once we transition from summer into fall, and that can get quite boring, in my opinion. Bright colors will add a much-needed element of fun to the fall season.
