Ever since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped down from their official royal duties, they rarely glam it up at fancy events anymore—that is, until now. Tonight, the duo made a rare
red carpet appearance to attend the 2021 Salute to Freedom Gala at the Intrepid Sea-Air-Space Museum in New York City.
For the gala, Markle wore a stunning red Carolina Herrera gown that deserves to be seen at all angles. In the front, it features a plunging neckline and a thigh-high slit, while in the back it boasts a long, dramatic train. Harry and Meghan both wore poppies pinned to their outfits in honor of Remembrance Day, an event celebrated on November 11 in Commonwealth countries such as England and Canada. The poppy is worn to honor fallen servicemen and women. Scroll down to see the photos of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's newest red carpet appearance in NYC.
