I've tried many denim brands over the past few years, but I always find myself gravitating toward the top-tier classic—Levi's. The denim is premium quality, and I've always been able to find the
perfect fit without any tailored adjustments needed. At 5'2", that's rare for me. I've tried a variety of the brand's styles, from wide-leg to Ribcage, but I thought I'd give its popular Wedgie style a go. It's $98 and always has stellar reviews, so why not? I'm not a skinny-jeans girl, but the silhouette of this style meets the perfect balance between wide-leg jeans and skinny jeans. It has a slightly tapered ankle, and while roomy on the calves, it fits the waist to perfection, like most Levi's do. The Wedgie is inspired by vintage styles and gets its name from the ability to give your butt a lifted look—like a wedgie without the discomfort. Finished off with a high waist, it's an extremely flattering jeans silhouette.
I initially started wearing these jeans for the story, but now, they've become the first pair I reach for in my closet. If you don't believe me yet, take a look at all the 'fits I wore below featuring the jeans. From elevated winter outfits to cozy dressing, these jeans have easily become a top favorite.
