Cafe rendering of Terminal 27 opens in LA. - Terminal 27

Dubbed Terminal 27, the unique space sits at 2,800 square feet and will officially take over the iconic 8271 Beverly Blvd location on Tuesday.

Designed with a “five-sense experience”, the boutique will be home to ready-to-wear collections for men and women, as well as jewelry, vintage, and home furniture collections from both emerging designers and global fashion houses. Featured labels include Marni, Rick Owens, Ottolinger, Maisie Wilen, and Mowalola, to name a few.

Likewise, a workshop area will welcome pop-ups, parties, performances, screenings, and exhibitions, while a Japanese style cafe will serve as a destination to sit and have afternoon tea, merchandised with books, souvenirs and gifting items, keeping up with the salon traditions of Japan and Europe.

Designers from fashion, music, technology, architecture and food circles alike are expected to come together to offer a wide range of exclusive services, and innovative sensory and audiovisual experiences.

“Coming from a small town, it’s necessary to offer the opportunity of being part of the conversation”, said Ericka Del Rosario, creative director of Terminal 27, who has extensive experience in the retail, fashion, and music industries.

Next, Terminal 27 is expected to launch a website with a ‘passport’ that allows access to exclusive drops, events, and customized experiences.

The concept store will soft-open with digital events from Luka Sabbat (Hot Mess) and archival pop-up from Middleman, which features over 700 ready-to-wear pieces.
