Lily James Looks Exactly Like Pamela Anderson in Iconic Red Baywatch One-Piece

Lily James’ work on Hulu’s upcoming mini series Pam and Tommycontinued last week, with the actress photographed in one of Pamela Anderson’s most iconic looks ever, that red Baywatch one-piece bathing

suit. James’ transformation into ‘90s era Anderson is uncanny in an almost eerie way. The makeup and hair team truly have made James look like a completely different person:

James is taking on the role of Anderson in a series that explores the stolen sex tape scandal between her and her then-husband, Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee (played by Sebastian Stan). It’s also come with some criticism: On Friday, Courtney Love spoke out on Facebook about how disgusted she was at James taking the role and for the series exploiting a very traumatic incident in her friend Anderson’s life.

She wrote in a since-deleted post, via People: “I find this so f*cking outrageous. When Pam / Tommy sex tape was out / myself @pattyschemel @xmadmx were making a record. And the lone women in many recording studios in LA. Where all / ALL! The staff engineers / producers / owners / were watching the sex tape with huge schadenfraude.. Guffaws, It was disgusting. I banned anyone discussing it.. It destroyed my friend Pamelas life. Utterly.”

She added, “Last week I was asked to approve using a Rolling Stone cover of mine / shot by Mark Seliger in this piece of sh*t/ That they had approved. I said ‘f*ck no.’ shocked. Gentleman don’t approve this sort of thing. My heart goes out to Pammy ♥️♥️ further causing her complex trauma. And shame on Lily James whoever the f*ck she is. #vile.”
