Olga is Office Lead of LinkedIn’s ERGs Women, a team that aims at creating an inclusive community on LinkedIn to inspire all women to grow professionally, remaining authentic and true to themselves. In addition, Olga is in charge of the Rock Your Profile LinkedIn program in Italy that aims at supporting employees, platform members, clients and partners, helping them to grab the right job opportunities.
