Rihanna’s outing came just two days before her boyfriend A$AP Rocky opened up about their relationship for the first time in an interview with GQ. Rocky called Rihanna “the love of my life” and gushed about how much better dating her is than playing the field. Rocky and Rihanna were longtime friends before they began dating last year.
Dating Rihanna, it’s “so much better,” Rocky said. “So much better when you got the One. She amounts to probably, like, a million of the other ones. I think when you know, you know. She’s the One.”
He also addressed whether he was ready to be a dad someday. (Rihanna has spoken about wanting a family before in interviews, saying in 2020 she plans to have kids in the next 10 years with or without a partner.)
“If that’s in my destiny, absolutely,” Rocky said. “I think I’m already a dad! All these motherfuckers are already my sons—whatchu talkin’ ’bout!” He laughed. “Nah, but like, I think I’d be an incredible, remarkably, overall amazing dad. I would have a very fly child. Very.”
