With the coronavirus pandemic very much ongoing, the royal family has done in-person events only sporadically. Today was Kate Middleton and Prince William's first joint event this month, with the Duke
and Duchess of Cambridge making visits to several London locations while their children were at school. The couple visited Beigel Bake (where they helped make bagels), London Bridge Job Centre, and the London Muslim Centre. The couple opted to wear masks, particularly when less than 12 feet from other people, in adherence to UK COVID-19 safety guidelines.

And Kate, famous for her dresses, brought out her first fall-ready one of the year, an outfit rewear. The Duchess dressed up in a red and white floral print dress by Beulah London with tan Ralph Lauren heels. She debuted the dress earlier this year during a Zoom appearance for Heads Together in May.
The dress, by the way, hasn't sold out yet, but it's still £550.00 ($707.21). Royal style doesn't come cheap:
Kate and William's appearance comes hours after their birthday Instagram tribute to Prince Harry got attention from fans. Royal watchers noticed that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge purposely chose a photo that didn't include Harry's wife Meghan Markle in it to celebrate Harry's big day. The Meghan omission comes amid reports that Harry's relationship with Kate and William was strained earlier this year after his and Meghan's exit from their senior royal family roles.

"To repair that relationship will take time," a friend of Harry’s told royal reporters Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand for their book Finding Freedom. "They see things differently. They feel that the experience that they’ve gone through over the last couple of years, they come at it from different points of view. William will need to get over his brother leaving the institution. They’ve both been frustrated with each other, but as Harry said himself, at the end of the day the bond of a brotherhood is much bigger than anything else."
