In mid-August, Katherine Schwarzenegger and Chris Pratt announced the birth of their daughter Lyla, Schwarzenegger's first child and Pratt's second (he has an eight-year-old son, Jack, with his ex-wife Anna Faris).
The two have kept relatively quiet as they've settled in with their little one since, but a source spoke toEntertainment Tonightabout what the couple's life is like now with their nearly-two-month-old baby girl.
“Katherine, Chris and Lyla have settled in and have a good routine down," the source said. "Both Chris and Katherine are busy with work but always make Lyla their priority. Chris and Katherine have been overwhelmed with love and support from their family and friends. They are happier than ever and love how every day Lyla brings a smile to their face."
The couple has chosen not to share any more photos of Lyla beyond the shot of her hand they posted on Instagram to announce her birth. "We are beyond thrilled to announce the birth of our daughter Lyla Maria Schwarzenegger Pratt. We couldn’t be happier and we feel extremely blessed! Love, Katherine and Chris," Schwarzenegger captioned the Instagram.
But yesterday, Schwarzenegger shared a selfie of herself, urging people to register to vote.

In August, a source told Peoplethat Schwarzenegger and Pratt were doing well during Lyla's first days. "They haven't left their house since they returned home from the hospital," a source old the outlet. "They just want to bond with the baby and get to know her. They have some help and [Schwarzenegger's mom] Maria also makes sure they have everything they need. Lyla is adorable."
"And Kat has the best attitude," the source continued. "She is obviously still tired, but she loves being a mom. She is so positive and excited about the whole experience. She loves seeing Chris with their girl. He is such a good dad. This was one of the things that Kat was attracted to from the beginning: Chris loves being a dad. Kat feels very lucky that Lyla gets to grow up with Chris as a dad."
