their Instagrams. How provocative will they get publicly? Their vampire-inspired Instagram exchange yesterday tested the limits.
Barker shared a series of photos of them out on a date, holding hands and being affectionate. He captioned it, “??♀️” Kardashian leaned into the emoji theme, commenting, “I want to suck your blood.” He responded back, “@kourtneykardash My favorite ?”
The exchange seemed like it was meant to be cheeky, but it's worth noting that this isn't the first time Barker's blood has made a surprise appearance on their social media and sparked headlines. In June, Barker posted a captionless photo of his blood in a vial on his Instagram Story, and Kardashian reposted the pic, adding a black heart emoji alongside the vial. The couple provided no commentary beyond that or explanation of why they shared the photo in the first place.
Kardashian and Barker have been dating since the beginning of 2021—and have been hot and heavy for months now. In May, a source spoke to Entertainment Tonightabout how Barker wanted to marry Kardashian someday.
The source said, “Getting engaged and married one day has definitely been a topic of conversation between Kourtney and Travis. Travis would absolutely love to tie the knot with Kourtney, but Kourtney hasn't been sure that's the step she wants to take in their relationship right now. She is extraordinarily happy and doesn't feel the need or want the pressure of getting married.”
