If you have ever wanted to dress like Ciara, now you can achieve that goal as the singer has just launched her luxury fashion brand. On August 26, Ciara announced the
launch of LITA (aka “Love Is the Answer”)–a clothing collection inspired by her style.
In a statement on Instagram, the mother of three (3) revealed: “From my childhood obsession with my grandmother’s closet in which every item was perfectly tailored to playing dress up in my Mom’s clothes, and sometimes even my Dad’s… I’ve always had an incredible love for fashion. It’s one of the ways I feel I can best express myself!” The brand will be an extension of she and husband, Russell Wilson’s fashion house; The House of LR&C. LITA by Ciara is the company’s first dedicated womenswear brand.
The Level Up hitmaker’s connection to fashion began when she was a child, and now, she’s curating clothes that give back. This brand is focused on sustainable fashion and has more than 70% of its first collection made with materials that reduce environmental impact. The materials used include organic cotton, nylon, polyester, and recycled cashmere. Besides the products, the packaging is also sustainably sourced. The brand will donate 3% of its sales to the Why Not You Foundation. A non-profit association founded by Ciara and Russel to empower girls and young women.
LITA offers knits, jackets, pants, dresses, and accessories linked to Ciara’s closet. “My ultimate goal for LITA is to be a woman’s best friend in fashion. I’m a high-low kind of girl, and so I’ve been able to pour some of that influence into the line. I’m also a tomboy, so there’s going to be a little bit of edge and attitude in all the pieces,” she explained. The already sold-out collection is priced between $88 and $898.

LITA by Ciara is also available at Nordstrom’s NYC flagship store, as well as at the department store’s locations in Downtown Seattle, Scottsdale Fashion Square, The Grove, and Phipps Plaza. Footwear and accessories from the collection are on sale at the Nordstrom locations at Michigan Avenue, Bellevue, and Houston Galleria.
