Amazon Prime Day 2020 is officially happening tomorrow. The retailer announced on its site
that the two-day event is happening from October 13 through 14 this year. The annual sale is exclusive to Prime members and is jam-packed with special savings on tons of items.
Exact details on Prime Day deals are usually kept under wraps until the event, but it looks like Amazon is offering some early Prime Day deals just for their members. Here's what we know so far:
How long will Prime Day last?
Though Prime Day started as a one-day sale, in more recent years, Prime Day has been a 48-hour event. This year's Prime day will again last two full days from starting at 12 a.m. PT/3 a.m. ET October 13 through October 14.
What will the best Prime Day deals be?
If you browse Amazon's pages right now, you'll see the brand is already promoting early Prime Day deals exclusively for members, including 50% off Echo Show 5,30% off Toshiba TVs, and even $5 products with selectAmazon device purchases. We'll take this as a glimpse of what Amazon has to offer on Prime Day.
Though we don't have all the intel on what will be on sale for Prime Day 2020, Amazon recently announced members can save 60% on the Echo Dot at just $18.99, or get the Ring Video Doorbell 3 at just $149.99 as soon as the event starts at 12 a.m. PT / 3 a.m. ET on October 13.
We also know that historically, Amazon slashes prices on big ticket items like appliances, TVs, laptops, and Apple Watches for Prime Day.
