Patrick Mahomes Is Bringing His MVP-Level Watch Collection to the Playoffs

Patrick Mahomes doesn’t just have some of the best QB stats in the history of the NFL, he’s also got a hell of a watch collection. As you might expect from

an A-list athlete with a penchant for luxury streetwear, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and GQ cover star’s collection runs deep in Rolexes, but—as seen in big walk-on fits like this one—there’s nothing predictable about his picks. Also this week, Naomi Osaka shows off her collab with TAG Heuer at the Australian Open, and Gunna shows off yet again.

Patrick Mahomes’ Rolex Yacht-Master

Frosted gold APs and six-figure Richard Milles are about as common as cleats and shoulder pads in NFL locker rooms these days, but Mahomes has got as much agility in his wristwear picks as he does on the gridiron (see here, here, and here). This week’s flex has been in Mahomes’ rotation for a bit, but its combination of a black Cerachrom bezel and Everose gold case—not to mention serious yachting cred—makes it a solid flex, despite the stiff competition.

Naomi Osaka’s TAG Heuer Aquaracer

The most exciting player in modern tennis rarely disappoints, and Osaka’s first watch collab since inking a deal with TAG Heuer is just as fresh and unexpected as everything else the 24-year old champ does. Using the brand's new 36mm Aquaracer as a starting point, Osaka customized the watch with a wave-textured enamel dial in her favorite shade of green, a handful of diamond hour markers (because she’s fancy like that), and her signature bear-and-flower logo engraved in the case back.

Gunna’s Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Double Balance Wheel Open-Worked

Unlike his massive collection of Versace boxer shorts, Gunna’s insane

requires little introduction. This week’s select comes courtesy of Audemars Piguet and features a hand-skeletonized movement, pink gold accents and an extra balance wheel for increased accuracy and stability. Or, to put it another way: drip drip.

Hideki Matsuyama’s Rolex Submariner Date

It’s nice to know that even in these divided times, people with vastly different experiences can still agree on at least one thing: the Rolex Submariner. To wit: Matsuyama and Queen Latifah both enjoy the two-tone look of this Sub with a royal blue dial and bezel. That’s a whole new kind of U.N.I.T.Y.
