Chriselle Lim relaunches fragrance brand Phlur
On Tuesday, influencer and entrepreneur Chriselle Lim announced her relaunch of fragrance brand Phlur, which originally debuted in 2015 and was acquired by beauty incubator The Center in January 2021.
