Dua Lipa is taking a much-needed vacation in a gorgeous desert location. And she's making sure she's getting in some exercise, self-care, and time in the sun. In a new Instagram
post, the 26-year-old songstress shared some snaps of what she's been up to on vacation—which included some hiking and a sound healing. Plus, she even shared a video of herself crushing an impressive headstand during her yoga practice. She looks beyond amazing.
“severely retired ??♀️,” she captioned the video
Naturally, her followers and fans were all over it. Designer Marc Jacobs commented, “Wow! look at you!!!” while DJ Calvin Harris wrote, “?”. Model Kristen McMenamy, clearly impressed by Dua, wrote: “When you party, you party!! When you relax you really relax in style. I love that about you!!!!! Great headstand btw!!!! Xx ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.”
And in another post, she shared more pics from her vacay, where she's in a bikini taking in the desert scenery.
“~ reset ~,” she captioned them.
Of course, Dua didn't get that fit by lounging around. In fact, one of Dua's favorite workouts is yoga. She takes classes with Annie Locke—and has previously shown off a jaw-dropping yoga sequence on her Instagram Story.
But naturally, Dua likes to keep things fresh by mixing up her workouts and trying new things: “When I have a tiny bit more time on my side I love mixing up lots of different training, finding different workouts in whatever city I'm in—whether it's yoga, Pilates, boxing, or spinning,” she told Marie Claire UK. “Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting. When you're on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you're going to find.”
As for her diet, Dua stays healthy cooking for herself. “With all the running around I do for work, it’s nice to come home, slow down, and connect with the food that nourishes my body and life,” she told Refinery29.
But she also treats herself. She also told Beauty Crew that she still loves her “naughty treats.” “But I try and limit it to days when I'm not as busy because if I do eat a doughnut, it usually puts me in a food coma,” she says.
