Plus, it is an easy and almost fail-proof way to style neutrals. While you can definitely pair the same shade from head-to-toe, you can add a little thought by working with different shades of a color.

One of the surest ways to make neutrals more interesting is by playing with patterns and textures — think animal prints, checkers, etc. Interestingly, patterns and textures stay trendy season after season and with a variety of options to choose from, you can definitely find one that works for you. #3. Pop is good

By now, you get the drift that neutral tones need some kind of edge to make a style-impact. Another way you can do this is by incorporating a pop into your look. For example, an all-white ensemble can get a pop with an orange shoe and/or bag. In addition, you can also use sequin, embellished accessories, or edgy jewelry for the same effect.
