Kim Kardashian had a solo night out at Vanity Fair's Oscars after-party on Sunday and wore a real statement look. Kardashian stepped out in a neon blue body-con Balenciaga gown with

a train in the back for red carpet photos. She accessorized with sunglasses.

Her boyfriend Pete Davidson did not pose on the carpet with her. It's unclear whether he privately attended the party at press time.

Kardashian spoke about Davidson for the first time in an interview earlier this month. The two first started dating in the fall. She explained to Varietyhis stance on filming the family's new reality show, The Kardashians, for Hulu.

“I have not filmed with him,” she said. “And I’m not opposed to it. It’s just not what he does. But if there was an event happening and he was there, he wouldn’t tell the cameras to get away. I think I might film something really exciting coming, but it wouldn’t be for this season.”

Kardashian added that viewers will learn on the show “how we met and who reached out to who and how it happened and all the details that everyone wants to know. I’m definitely open to talking, and I definitely explain it.”

The reality star detailed the delicate balance of documenting her life on the show while also going through a divorce with Kanye West, the father of her four children. “Being in the public eye and having disagreements publicly is never easy,” she said of her and West. “But I do believe in handling it all privately. I believe in championing publicly and criticizing privately. I don’t think I would ever criticize the father of my children on my TV show. That’s just not really what I’m about, and I just don’t think that would ever make me feel good.”
