Jungkook recovered from COVID-19 just in time to join his fellow bandmates at the Grammys this Sunday. BTS stepped out on the red carpet, dressed as impeccably as ever. The K-pop
group has long been a leader in great men's fashion, and they reminded the world why they earned that role tonight. The boys coordinated in tan, white, and slate blue Louis Vuitton suits embellished with floral pins. (V went all out, wearing a bouquet of giant floral pins on his tan suit.) The looks are sharp, classy, and perfect to usher in spring.
Jin, Jimin, Suga, RM, J-Hope, V, and Jungkook are up for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for “Butter” this evening. They will also perform during the ceremony.
BTS' management company Big Hit announced yesterday that Jungkook had been cleared to leave quarantine on Saturday. In statement shared to Weverse, Big Hit said:
We would like to inform you that BTS member Jung Kook has made a full recovery from COVID-19 and his quarantine has concluded as of Saturday, April 2 (PT).Jung Kook has been under self-quarantine and administering self-treatment since last Sunday, March 27 (PT), and in accordance with the guidelines of health authorities in the United States, Jung Kook can resume his daily activities from today. He experienced a slight sore throat during the quarantine but he has made a recovery from it.
Upon conclusion of the quarantine, Jung Kook took a rapid antigen test in the United States to join the schedule for the Grammy Awards. The result came back negative, and the awards organizer has approved of his Grammy Awards participation.
