Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly were missing from the Grammy Awards tonight, and that absence was very deliberate. The music It Couple purposely skipped the Las Vegas ceremony after Kelly
was not nominated for any awards. Kelly had a very vocal response to being snubbed when nominations came out, which he shared on his social media.
“wtf is wrong with the grammys,” he tweeted. His and Travis Barker's album Tickets to My Downfalldid not receive any nominations despite being eligible in the rock categories.

Had Fox and Kelly went, it would've been their first time attending the ceremony together.
Kelly and Fox have been dating for more than a year now. The couple told British GQ for its fall/winter issue that their romance—and now engagement—are far from your typical love story.
“This is a very intense relationship,” Fox said. “Our souls chose this to absolutely have to face our shadow selves; to face things about ourselves we didn’t want to have to know, that we tried to push away.”
“It should be light [like first love], but also we go to hell with each other,” Kelly added. “It’s ecstasy and agony for sure... I don’t want people to think anything’s perfect with us. I didn’t say it was the darkest fairy tale for no reason. God help you if you would’ve met us last Saturday.”
Fox added with a laugh that “there’s also the demonic side.”
