Brad Pitt channeled his inner philanthropist ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday, helping deliver groceries to low-income families in South Central Los Angeles last week. Photos were released yesterday of a masked
up Pitt in a white t-shirt, open black and red flannel top, and jeans, carrying boxes and produce with his fellow volunteers. Here he is, taking a little break from the heavy lifting.
This is one of Pitt's first big public appearances since his breakup with 27-year-old German model girlfriend Nicole Poturalski was reported in late October.
A source explained to Page Six that Pitt and Poturalski, who were first seen together in August, are “totally over. It was never all that serious as it was cracked up to be." They had been for a while, the outlet added.
Pitt dating Poturalski sparked a little controversy, as Poturalski was reported to be in an open marriage with 68-year-old restauranteur Roland Mary. Pitt and Poturalski were reported to have first met in August 2019. A source told People in September 2020 that Poturalski and Pitt had a "handful" of secret meetings in Los Angeles and France over the last year. Still, their relationship was "still in the early stages" then, the outlet's source maintained.
Pitt never really saw Poturalski as a serious girlfriend, Us Weeklyadded in its own September report about the two's romance. A source told the outlet that “Brad thinks Nicole is beautiful and kind. He has absolutely no plans nor any desire to ever get married again. Brad doesn’t want a girlfriend that he’s with every day.”
