Despite the fact that 2020 was the equivalent of one million dumpster fires, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly (Colson Baker) had a pretty good year. They met on the set
of their movie Midnight in the Switchgrass (before COVID shut it down), and they proceeded to fall in love and hang out in quarantine.
MGK capped off the year by performing in a bubble-gum pink ensemble to a mostly empty Times Square in New York City.
Despite the dystopian vibes from that event, the musician and his love did manage to share a very romantic, non-doomsday kiss after his performance.
There were also shots of the two looking lovingly into each other's eyes, following MGK's turn onstage. Fox holds Kelly's face in her hands, and ya hand give it to them; it's a pretty perfect NYE interaction.
In December, a source told Entertainment Tonight that MGK totally sees marriage in his future with Megan and friends could 100 percent see them getting engaged within the next year." The source did add, however, that "Megan doesn't think about getting engaged [or] married and she doesn't put a timeline in place and it’s not something that really crosses her mind."
Because 2020 was largely comprised of lockdown and quarantine, these two have been able to spend a lot of quality time together.
"The down time has been good for them...They are intrigued by each other and having a lot of fun," a source told E! News in June. "It's new and exciting for Megan," the source continued. "She has only been with Brian [Austin Green] for many years and this is very different. She's into it."
Looks like that love is still going strong into 2021!
