How is Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes' year-and-a-half relationship doing in the new year? Great, they'd like you to know. The couple was photographed out walking their dogs in Miami with
Cabello's parents on Saturday. (The family has four canines in all.) They dressed up for the occasion, with Cabello opting for a long peach dress and oversized sweater and Mendes wearing an unbuttoned gray top and blue jeans. Missing from their attire? A face mask, given the pandemic is still ongoing and Miami-Dade County is currently under a public mask mandate.
Cabello and Mendes aren't photographed out all that often. They were last shot by paparazzi in mid-November while out in Miami. (They weren't wearing masks then either.)
Cabello did share a shot of Mendes and her in a hot tub at Christmas. "I’m not good at taking a lot of pictures lately but here’s one good one ❤️" she wrote. "merry Christmas! Thank u Santa for my tall sweet funny boy." Cabello revealed she was in Mendes' native Toronto over the holiday in another Instagram shot.
Mendes spoke in early December to SiriusXM Hits 1 Celebrity Session about how he feels being loved by his girlfriend.
"It’s like, it’s like the most, she is completely all in or nothing," he said. "And I think that’s something that I wasn’t at the beginning of our relationship. And I think that a lot of people maybe are afraid to be all in, because if you’re all in, then you kind of, it hurts it. The blow hurts that much more if it ends, you know? But she really teaches me that if we have one life and we don’t have much time here, it might as well be all in if you’re in love with someone and you’re there. And I kind of learned that every day. She’s so absolutely patient with me, especially when I’m stressed or anything is kind of getting to me. She, she she’ll text me. And if I, if I ever am kind of just being bite-y with her and she’d be like, ‘it’s okay. I love you. No matter what I love you, no matter what.’ And it’s like that that’s real strength and patience and love. But it’s amazing. It’s like a movie.”
