The long-awaited H&M Home x Diane von Furstenberg collection launches on Friday next week with

the company saying it consists of the “bold prints that von Furstenberg is renowned for, such as zebra and leopard print, a kissable lip pattern and Diane’s abstract signature lettering”.

It’s a 31-piece collection that includes a range of interiors and decorative items such as wool blankets, cushion covers, boxes, trays, candles, espresso cups, small plates, vases, pots, posters and a robe.

It said that Von Furstenberg’s favourite scent – amber – is featured in each of the large candles in the collection, while the four smaller ones are “unique interpretations of cedarwood, sandalwood, amber and pine, personally chosen by Diane herself”.

The designer added that “the prints in the collaboration are very iconic. The ‘Diane’ print I created 20 years ago when I started the company, while the lips print comes from the painting Andy Warhol did of me. Personally, I love animal prints – zebra is very DVF – and also vibrant orange and pinks, but monochrome black and white is very chic, too.”

H&M Home has been an increasingly important part of the H&M brand in recent years with the firm also opening dedicated Home stores in key locations, such as London’s Regent Street and Rue Scribe in Paris.

The collection will be available in stores and online from April 16.
