T3's HeatID Technology introduces smart personalization to hairstyling, as the new T3 Curl ID 1.25" Curling Iron and the T3 Lucea ID Straightening and Styling Iron consider the best styling temperature for
a user's unique hair type. The technology relies on an algorithm to consider a variety of factors, including the hair texture, length, color treatment and chemical treatment. In this way, hair gets the treatment it needs to increase smoothness and shine, all the while helping to avoid excess heat exposure.
According to research from the brand, 72% of women think they have to turn up the heat to get the styling results they want. As Jade Simmons, T3 Director of Brand and Product Development, says: "To address the concern, we went beyond traditional heat management to deliver a solution that takes the guesswork out of temperature selection."
