German camera manufacturer Leica has officially launched the Leica L1 and L2 timepieces, which were first announced in 2018. Of course, the watches draw from the brand's history of meticulous craftsmanship, leveraging
elements from its distinct camera designs to offer shoppers two truly one-of-a-kind wristwatch options.
Both the L1 and L2 come equipped with 41mm stainless steel cases, knurled crowns, and dome-like sapphire crystal that was designed to mimic the shape of a Leica camera lens. Powering the watch is a manually-wound movement that was made in partnership with Lehmann in Germany. In addition, these sleek timepieces feature a a patented push crown that was designed to evoke Leica's shutter release.
