Italian luxury fashion label Prada has launched Tropico, a new interactive light installation displayed inside the retail windows of Bergdorf Goodman in New York.
According to the brand, the new installation
looks to explore the ethereal essence of light by reacting to a range of tropical-inspired colors through geometric stripes. As a result, the interactive piece has a distinctly summery look and feel, which is appropriate as its serves to showcase a variety of Prada's vacation-ready pieces. These include silk blouses, raffia handbags, striped bucket hats, retro-inspired rubber sandals, and more.
Moreover, the new installation has been launched in conjunction with a Prada-curated summer playlist featuring easy-going tracks by Flying Lotus, Ratatat, Martin Denny, and Middle Sky Boom.
