Boutique Swiss watchmaker Ming has unveiled its newest travel-focused GMT timepiece dubbed '22.01.' The new watch is the first GMT to be released by the brand since 2018 and is symbolic of
the company's embrace of the reopening of international travel.
The watch features a 38mm case with a grade 5 titanium monoblock construction that has been brushed and polished. and comes equipped with the brand's signature flared lugs. In addition, the timepiece boasts a sleek base metal dial that features laser-etched indexes.
Powering the watch is a Sellita SW330-2 automatic, which delivers a power reserve of 42 hours. Ming will begin accepting orders for the Kyoto 22.01 model starting March 11, while the Gilt version will go on sale on March 18.
